Granadosource's take:
Fortitudo is your conventional support stance. It allows you to auto-heal when in the stance and opnes loads of useful buffs like extra damage, damage speed and movement boost, def boost and regeneration boost. It isn't rocket science when it comes to using Fortitudo. All skills are useful and you don't have to worry since you can max all skills.
Intensify is a must have and one extra intensify ring is already very helpful. At higher levels, where every little AR a counts, an extra +1 AR from Intensify is already a big boost. Meditation greatly improves the HP and SP regeneration of the buffed characters. This is most useful on Fighters and Range types as it allows them to get back lost SP right away during Boss Battles, PvP or in Colony Wars. This will allow them to spam skills without worrying on spamming SP pots. The use of Fortify and Acceleration is the only thing that users should take note of. Since they give different type of buffs it's almost always commonsensical on which to use on what situation. In the early levels of the game, skill use tend to lean towards using Acceleration as Def buff doesn't really make much of a difference compared to the latter parts of the game. Fortify at level 11 gives +1 DR rating which allows you to survive longer in high level areas. Sometimes, you'd prefer Acceleration over Fortify when you're with great competition on Raids. Think of Diablo and how fast he dies. lol >_<
