Of Character Arrangement in your Barracks

Written by gyl on Tuesday, December 04, 2007

Ever wondered how is the characters in your Barracks arranged?

It is quite interesting to see various characters doing unique animations when you create them in your barracks. It's quite fun to create and set your barracks up (like setting Claude and Alejandro to be situated in the chess table). The thing is with your barracks is that when you create a character you can no longer rearrange him. There's also an order to where they go so you can create, lets say an Auch Infantry to be sitting on the chess chair not unless you've got enough characters and the next one is automatically situated there. Anyway, to get a better understand of the matter, I'll be posting screenshots below and what number should a certain character be created to take an area in your barrack.

The characters created in the following order will take the designated position:
1st = Center of the room, standing on the left side of the stair case
2nd = Center of the room, standing on the right side of the stair case
3rd = Center of the room, sitting on the stairs
4th = Left side of the room , sitting on the couch
5th = Left side of the room, leaning on the right side of the couch
6th = Left side of the room, leaning on the left side of the couch
7th = Right side of the room, sitting on the left side of the chess table
8th = Right side of the room, sitting on the right side of the chess table
9th = Right side of the room, standing near the chair to the left of the 7th character

Keep in mind that different characters sometimes have different poses when they're situated anywhere in your barracks. With that said, have fun and go "decorate" your barracks.

When I wanted to add characters I didn't own a card yet, I put a stock character in place in that slot and deleted him/her when the character came to my possession.

An example would be my Catherine playing chess with Brunie in my second barracks. Before I got the Catherine card, I put a stock female elementalist in her place. When I finally got the card, I deleted the elementalist, waited for the 1 minute period after deleting a character and my Catherine took that spot! :D

Stocks are really disposable so they're really nice chars to test on what do that character position in the barrack will be doing.
