Joining a faction is one of the things in Granado Espada that you should never miss out on! The benefits are far too many to describe. One of these benefits is being able to do faction quests. Our article goes into the basics of how to start a faction, getting your faction levels up to the level 50 and then finally, the game plan for Level 51 faction quest.
How To Start A Faction
Not anyone can start a Faction. You will need to gather 200 Family Reputation and 1000
Sir Lyndon is in charge of handling Factions. He can be found in the Pioneering Office.
Faction Level 1 to 50
All new Factions start at Level 1. For the first 50 Faction levels you can pay
Faction Level 51 Quest
Talk to Sir Lyndon again after reaching Faction Level 50. He will tell you about the quest.
Here is the first part of the quest. You have to go to Vegas Javier and find this Great Hill Giant.
The Great Hill Giant will be spawned when the Faction Leader comes close to the bolder at E5. A message will be broadcast via [Notice] to everyone in the server when he is spawned!
The hard part is bringing this guy down within 30mins! Get your faction ready for this:
After defeating the Great Hill Giant, go back to Sir Lyndon and receive a Raid Key and…. Yet another Quest!
For Part 2 of the Faction Level Quest, you will need to go to Prison de Joaquin, The Mohrgus, J7.
Upon reaching location J7, the following message will appear “The door responded when the key was brought near it.” A portal will open for your team! Your mission here is to defeat the boss, Chrysalis.
Overview Of The Game Plan
Important points to take note of:
- You have to kill Mini Boss:
- Split up your raid team to enter both Warp A and B.
- Defeat Warp C’s Mini Boss:
- All the above warps will close around ~30secs. Time the kills of both Mini Bosses to ensure that everyone gets through! If not, some people will be left behind.
- Next up is Enemy Home. You have to destroy it to remove the Rotating Blade blocking your way.
- Defeat Boss: Dr Fran Moth Mothtein to open up Warp E.
- Lastly, defeat the last Boss: Chrysalis!
