Granadosource's take:
Blandir Cruz is very good stance for fighter (though some other RNPC excels due to their stat). It is a very balanced stance; Polearms itself has moderate to high damage which offsets the slow attacking speed of the weapon. It's long reach and wide swing allows you to hit multiple targets which makes this stance a very good mob controlling stance. The stance bonus gives a good amount of percentage for both worlds. 25% attack speed, 10% crit and 10% block allows you to be on defensive and offensive at the same time.
PvE wise this stance is very good towards handling mobs. Normal attacks on this stance allows you to hit multiple targets. The skills in this stance are all mob-oriented except for the first one. Gigante Marcha allows you to inflict more damage on mobs and at the same time causing knockback. This is essential when you're protecting weaker characters. Tierra Choque is similar to casting spells as you have to indicate where to target. It works like Gigante Marcha and it has really good knockback. Blandir Cadena is a single target skill that allows you to shift to an offensive gear using this stance. It has a little long animation that you can time with other spells. You can use it to skill-lock on a target character.
PvP-wise, Blandir Cruz isn't as good as it is on the PvE end. Since you'll barely be able to hit 3 targets at ones (though some situation in CW makes it possible), it loses out on more 1 vs 1 focused stances. Blandir Cadena is the only real PvP tool in this stance (it is arguable that the other two stances can be used).
