[Singapore] Community Service Event 6: 26 October 2007, Friday, 0700hrs-1400hrs
Written by gyl on Tuesday, October 16, 2007Hi guys!
As some of you may already know, our very first Community Service Event commenced on 27th March 2007. There were 12 heroes who rose to the occasion and turned up for the event. The kids absolutely adored them. I’ve blogged about the outing over here. The next few outings had more heroes joining us in our quest and we brought the kids to Road Safety Park, a Fire Station and around Bedok.
The beauty of Granado Espada is that it centers around the themes of chivalry and heroism. Protecting the innocent, championing the weak, defending the helpless. But my point is… why stop at these things at a game level? Why not bring these aspects into real life as well?
For Singaporeans out there:
Quest Name: Babysit The Children Again!
Real Life NPCs: Hrin
Place: Meet at Bedok Stadium at 7am
Date, Time: 26th October 2007, Friday, 7am-2pm
Rewards: Being a true GE Hero, Community Service EXP Card, Hrin will buy you a drink
Required: Email Granado Espada's Regional Community Manager, Hrin, at community@ge.iahgames.com with your full name and mobile number in order to register for this event
Quest Details: Helping out with Sports Day. NO prior EXP required. You can be a total noob at this - it’s cool, we are all learning together. (Don’t worry, I will be there to hold your hand and provide a player walkthrough. ;p ) You can read more about this on my GE Blog.
And so, my dear Vespanolans and friends, I throw down that gauntlet to you: Don’t just play GE. Live GE.

kenneth, Granadosource isn't an official Granado Espada blog and we do share the same demise. It is fun to be joining events and it will be so much better if more people can join them ^^
We here at GranadoSource hope that they do organize events on weekends to get more people to join. We've tried communicating with the community managers about this issue.
